Kaya Silks is an online retail brand based in Boisar, Maharashtra, India, specialising in premium sarees, dress materials, fabrics, and silk accessories. We operate through our WooCommerce-powered e-commerce website and ship products to customers across India and internationally.

When these Terms refer to "Kaya Silks," "we," "us," or "our," it refers to the Kaya Silks brand and its website. When they refer to "you," "your," or "customer," it refers to any individual accessing or purchasing from our website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, browsing, or making a purchase on the Kaya Silks website, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you are accessing our website on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these terms. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors of content.

5. Products and Descriptions

We take considerable care in presenting our products as accurately as possible. All sarees, dress materials, fabrics, and accessories listed on our website include detailed descriptions, measurements where applicable, and photographs taken under controlled conditions.

However, please be aware of the following:

  • Colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the actual product, depending on your device display settings, screen calibration, and lighting conditions.
  • Natural fabrics such as silk, cotton, and handloom materials may have minor variations in texture, weave pattern, or finish this is a characteristic of handcrafted goods and is not considered a defect.
  • Product availability is subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • In the unlikely event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel such orders and issue a full refund.

If you are unsure about a product its colour, fabric type, dimensions, or suitability for a particular occasion we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order. Our team is happy to provide additional photographs, fabric swatches, or any other information you may need.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices on the Kaya Silks website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of placing the order.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and all UPI-enabled apps)
  • Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and American Express)
  • Debit Cards (all major Indian bank debit cards)

Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time. All payments must be completed at the time of placing the order.

All transactions are processed through a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Kaya Silks does not store, access, or record your card numbers, UPI PINs, or net banking credentials at any point. In the event that a payment is unsuccessful, your order will not be processed and no amount will be deducted. If you experience a payment failure with an amount deducted, please contact us immediately with your transaction reference number.

Important: Kaya Silks will never ask for your card details, OTP, UPI PIN, or banking credentials over phone, email, or any other channel. If you receive such a request claiming to be from us, please do not respond and report it to us immediately at support@kayasilks.com.

7. Order Placement and Confirmation

When you place an order on the Kaya Silks website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been received and payment has been verified. This confirmation email is an acknowledgement of your order it does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Kaya Silks reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

  • The product is out of stock or no longer available after the order was placed
  • A pricing or product description error was identified
  • There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity
  • Delivery to your location is not feasible at the time of processing

If your order is cancelled for any of the above reasons, we will notify you promptly and process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders can be cancelled by you only before they have been dispatched. Once a shipment tracking number has been generated, cancellation is no longer possible. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch
  • International orders: 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch

Free shipping is available on all domestic orders with a cart value of ₹1,999 or above. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. International shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and shipping method, and are displayed at checkout before payment.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Kaya Silks operates a strict no-cash-refund policy. All sales are final once an order has been delivered. Returns are accepted only in cases where the wrong product was delivered, the product arrived damaged in transit, or there is a genuine manufacturing defect.

All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic or video evidence of the issue. Approved cases will be resolved through a replacement, exchange, or store credit. Customised items, sale products, and items without original tags or packaging are not eligible for return.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Kaya Silks website including but not limited to text, product descriptions, photography, graphics, logos, icons, page layouts, and the overall design is the exclusive intellectual property of Kaya Silks and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from our website without prior written consent from Kaya Silks. Any unauthorised use of our content may result in legal action.

The Kaya Silks name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary trademarks. They may not be used in connection with any other product, service, or website without our explicit written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Kaya Silks strives to provide an accurate, reliable, and enjoyable shopping experience. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of or inability to use our website
  • Any errors, interruptions, or delays in the website's functionality
  • Any damage caused by viruses or other harmful material that may infect your device as a result of using our website or downloading content from it
  • Delays in delivery caused by third-party courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that specific order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
